Webinar for AUCCCD Membership

As counseling centers on college campuses navigate the current tumultuous impacts of national and global issues that impact our work, it remains important to attend to the ever-evolving role of the counseling center on college and university campuses, addressing issues that have been salient over the past decade.  This webinar will review key points from the AUCCCD Position Paper ESSENTIAL: The Roles and Impacts of the University and College Counseling Center, highlighting the many essential roles that centers can have on their campuses, and exploring some considerations and questions likely to emerge from more senior college administrators  about these roles and how they might be realized at your institution.   Our aim is to offer directors some concepts and strategies, from both seasoned counseling center Directors and an Assistant Vice President for Health and Wellbeing, toward promoting ongoing discussion among fellow directors about the direction of our profession---- and between directors and their staff members regarding the challenges and opportunities you encounter in leading efforts related to mental health on your campuses.
