Our world continues to require extraordinary resilience on the part of faculty, staff, and students in higher education. Every. Single. Day. At this point, many of us are experiencing resilience fatigue – the depletion of the very resources we rely on to respond to the challenges in front of us. At times, even the construct of resilience, itself, seems inadequate at a time of multiple compounding demands and in a world that presents us with inequitable challenges and supports.
