The following guidelines define
qualifications for membership in AUCCCD:

  • Membership is institutional, not individual.
  • Membership is limited to institutions of higher education that offer bachelors and/or graduate degrees.
  • The representative from the member institution must be the counseling center director, or equivalent.
  • Each member institution is limited to one representative.

AUCCCD Membership Dues: Information and Instructions

By-law, Article III, Membership, Section 1. Members of the Corporation

  • (a) Members. The membership shall consist of Directors of counseling centers at four year and graduate institutions of higher education. Membership shall consist only of those Directors whose dues are current. Any eligible party shall become a Member on approval of the membership application by the Treasurer and payment of dues.
  • The membership year begins July 1 and ends June 30. Dues are $130 per membership year and there is no proration of dues for partial year membership. Dues are payable annually at the beginning of the fiscal year. Dues must be paid prior to registration for the annual conference. Any member in default of payment of dues may be suspended from membership by the governing board. Dues paid late in the membership year do not "carry" membership into the next year.

AUCCCD is changing the membership renewal process. We have streamlined the process so that you are able to renew your membership online! We believe that by using a user-friendly website the membership renewal process will be faster and more efficient.

Please visit the Membership Website to begin or renew your AUCCCD membership for 2010 - 2011.

Current or Past Members: If you are currently a member, or have been a member anytime since 2007, please scroll down to the bottom of the membership page and click "Renew Membership." Your profile information has already been uploaded into the system. The "Renew Membership" button will prompt you to fill in your Membership ID and your last name. You will set up your password on the next page. Next, click the "Renew" button on this page to continue. Membership dues are $130 and your membership will expire on June 30, 2011. If you forgot your membership ID, please contact cmcglobal (contact info below) – or fill out a hard copy of the membership form and fax or email it to cmcglobal.

New Members: If you have NEVER been a member of AUCCCD before, please enter your email address into the appropriate box below and click "No, I am a new user." You will then be asked to create your profile and will be given instruction on how to begin your membership.
