2025 Conference Sponsorship Opportunities

AUCCCD is the only organization which brings together over 500 University Counseling Center Directors from across the U.S. and several countries each year. This event promises to be jam-packed with lots of sessions, interaction and engagement.

To make this conference successful for our members, AUCCCD strives to find exhibitors and sponsors who are as committed to college mental health as are the members of AUCCCD.  Funds raised through exhibit registration and sponsorship will be used to keep our registration costs affordable for members.  Making the conference as accessible to our members as possible is a top priority for AUCCCD. AUCCCD appreciates all sponsors/exhibitors and their contribution to making this conference the greatest value possible for our members.

2025 Conference Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing. Any refund requests received before July 31 (5:00 PM EST) will receive a full refund less a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations received between August 1 - September 15 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after September 15. Please send requests to the AUCCCD Office: [email protected].

The conference may be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, registration fees will be refunded; however, AUCCCD will not be responsible for additional costs, charges, or expenses.
