The 2023 Annual Conference will take place October 25 - 29 at the Renaissance Nashville.

Conference Fees:

Early Registration Fees (Before September 8):

  • Members: TBA
  • Emeritus: TBA

Regular Registration Fees (After September 8):

  • Members: TBA
  • Emeritus: TBA

Late Registration Fees (After October 15):

  • Members: $495.00
  • Emeritus: $250.00

Fee includes admittance to all sessions (except pre-conference), daily breakfast, opening evening reception, closing dinner. Preconference workshop offerings, tours and AUCCCD branded apparel will be posted at a later time.


AUCCCD CONFERENCE TRAVEL GRANTS

To address financial barriers that interfere with the professional development of member directors, AUCCCD offers travel grants to help directors attend the annual AUCCCD Conference. Travel Grants will be awarded to up to four directors each year. The conference registration fee and the fee for the first time attendees’ pre-conference program will be waived. This is a $500 per awardee.

Eligibility:

  • Must be an AUCCCD member in good standing for 2 years before applying
  • Must have never attended an AUCCCD conference
  • Must be willing to provide a personal account of the conference experience which will be included in the Fall Board Report and linked to the AUCCCD website

How to Apply:

  • Submit a resume
  • State the benefits you anticipate by attending the conference
  • Provide a letter of support from your supervisor which confirms financial hardship.
  • Email submissions to AUCCCD, ([email protected])

Deadlines:

  • The deadline to submit applications is May 30, 2023.
  • The recipients will be notified no later than July 15, 2023.

2023 Conference Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be received in writing via email to [email protected]. Any refund requests received before September 29 (5:00 PM EST) will receive a full refund less a $75.00 cancellation fee. Any refund requests received between September 29 – October 15 will receive a 50% refund. Any requests received after October 15 at 5:00 PM EST will not be eligible for a refund. The conference may be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, registration fees will be refunded; however, AUCCCD will not be responsible for additional costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, and/or travel agencies.

AUCCCD is not responsible for weather-related travel delays or other issues in regard to personal travel, and no refunds will be given due to these occurrences.
