Exhibit Hall:

Exhibit Fee: $950.00

Exhibit Registration fee includes:

  • 2 exhibit-only registration badges.
  • 1 6' table, 2 chairs and a waste basket.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi
  • Continental Breakfast and Break Service Sunday – Tuesday.
  • Complimentary company listing in the conference program and conference app.
  • Company logo with hyperlink of your choice displayed on the AUCCCD website and in conference newsletters.
  • Opportunity to promote products and services throughout the conference.
  • Ability to choose your location in the exhibit hall. Spaces will be selected based on order of registration.
  • Exhibit Hall will serve as the central location for conference breaks.

Additional Exhibit Table Representative Fee: $250.00

Breakfast in Exhibit Hall: 7:00 am – 8:30 am
Morning Break in Exhibit Hall: 10:00 am – 10:30 am
Lunch (group is on their own): 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm
Afternoon Break in Exhibit Hall: 3:00 pm – 3:30 pm

2019 Conference Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing. Any refund requests received before August 31 (5:00 PM EST) will receive a full refund less a $75 cancellation fee. Any refund requests received between September 1 – September 15 will receive a 50% refund. Any requests received after September 15 at 5:00 PM EST will not be eligible for a refund. The conference may be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, registration fees will be refunded; however, AUCCCD will not be responsible for additional costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, and/or travel agencies.

AUCCCD is not responsible for weather-related travel delays or other issues in regard to personal travel and no refunds will be given due to these occurrences.
