New This Year: Non-Member Access with Optional Trial MembershipFor the first time in our 76-year conference history, AUCCCD is opening its annual conference to non-member counseling center directors. This landmark change reflects our commitment to expanding access and fostering collaboration across the field of collegiate mental health. While AUCCCD membership remains limited to one director per institution (see membership criteria), non-members who meet the standard membership criteria are now eligible to attend the 2025 AUCCCD Conference. Non-Member Registration Includes Optional 6-Month Trial Membership Pricing Details*:
*Prices listed are early registration rates and will increase on September 18. Choosing the non-member rate with the 6-month trial offers a $50 savings compared to joining outright, while still providing access to the same member benefits for the duration of the trial. Any refund requests received before August 29 (5:00 PM EST) will receive a full refund less a $75.00 cancellation fee. Any refund requests received between August 29 – September 30 will receive a 50% refund. Any requests received after September 30 at 5:00 PM EST will not be eligible for a refund. Please send requests to the AUCCCD Office: [email protected]. The conference may be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, registration fees will be refunded; however, AUCCCD will not be responsible for additional costs, charges, or expenses, including cancellation/change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, and/or travel agencies.
