2026 Conference Registration

The 2026 Annual Conference will take place October 17 - 21 at the Westin Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, PA.

Early Registration (Before September 4):

  • Members: $479
  • Emeritus Members: $169

Regular Registration (After September 4):

  • Members: $579
  • Emeritus Members: $209

Additional conference options, including pre-conference workshops, will be added to registration next week. Conference tours and apparel ordering will open later this summer.


Non-Member Access with Optional Trial Membership

For the second year, AUCCCD is opening conference registration to eligible non-member counseling center directors. This change reflects AUCCCD’s commitment to expanding access and fostering collaboration across collegiate mental health leadership.

While AUCCCD membership remains limited to one director per institution (see membership criteria), eligible non-member directors may attend the 2026 AUCCCD Conference.

Eligible non-members may also opt in to a complimentary 6-month AUCCCD trial membership during registration. The trial membership begins upon payment and includes access to AUCCCD member benefits, including the AUCCCD listserv and professional resources such as the Directors’ Toolkit.

Pricing Details*:

  • Non-Member Conference Rate: $829
    (includes option to activate the 6-month trial membership)
  • Current Member Conference Rate: $479
  • Full Membership + Member Registration: $400 (join fee) + $479 = $879

*Prices listed are early registration rates and will increase after September 4.

Selecting the non-member rate with the optional trial membership offers a $50 savings compared to joining outright while still providing temporary access to AUCCCD member resources.

Conference Travel Grants

AUCCCD offers four travel grants to support member directors attending their first conference.

Award Includes:

  • Full conference registration
  • Pre-conference workshop for first-time attendees
  • $500 value

Eligibility:

  • Must be a current AUCCCD member
  • Must have never attended an AUCCCD conference
  • Must submit a short post-conference reflection for the Fall Board Report

2026 Conference Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the AUCCCD Office at [email protected].

  • Requests received before September 4 at 5:00 PM EST will receive a full refund less a $75 cancellation fee.
  • Requests received between September 4 and October 2 at 5:00 PM EST will receive a 50% refund.
  • Requests received after October 2 at 5:00 PM EST will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

In the event the conference is cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, registration fees will be refunded. However, AUCCCD is not responsible for any additional costs, charges, or expenses incurred by attendees, including but not limited to travel and lodging expenses.
