This session is designed to help director’s navigate the next phase of operations during the COVID 19 pandemic.  With vaccines readily available, there are still unanswered questions about how to balance service to students with supporting staff in their various roles.  Participants will explore the various options and challenges in navigating college mental health center operations in higher education environments where guidance continues to evolve.  Personnel, space, and health considerations will be discussed.

1. Directors will gain knowledge of different approaches to mental health care during pandemic
2. Directors will identify specific personnel concerns
3. Directors will understand and apply institutional priorities and expectations through policy and procedure changes and additions
